AHPC Health has a team of experienced certified nurse practitioners gained from multiple fields. They will take the time to get to know you and provide personalized care.


Direct primary care is a healthcare model where patients pay a monthly membership fee for primary care services instead of relying on traditional insurance-based billing. You may cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. Charges may incur for the following month if timely notice is not received. 


  No. DPC is an affordable way for uninsured or underinsured patients to have access to quality primary care. We also offer significantly discounted labs and imaging/diagnostic tests, and free medications with DPC memberships.  


Yes, we accept several insurance plans. Please call us to verify your insurance prior to booking an appointment. (912) 527-8444


No, it is not recommended to cancel your health insurance. We recommend that you pair your DPC membership with ‘wrap-around coverage’ or a high-deductible insurance plan which would cover you in the case of a major medical issue such as having a heart attack or stroke, being diagnosed with cancer, being involved in a traumatic accident, an illness requiring hospitalization, or if surgery were needed.


There are many benefits to having a DPC membership such as access to appointments when you need them with same-day and next-day appointments during business hours, longer appointment times to address all of your concerns, and direct access to your provider via text, phone, and email.


We understand things come up such as moving or your healthcare needs may change. If you need to cancel, a 30-day notice is required. Charges may incur for the following month if timely notice is not received. 


Yes, we offer small business discounts for employers who want to offer affordable medical benefits to their employees. 


Yes.  Our nurse practitioners will travel to your home for an in-person visit.  Travel fee of up to $50.00 may apply - this fee is not included in the monthly DPC enrollment membership.  


No.  In additional to telehealth, we see patients in our office, which is located in Brunswick.  We also make house calls for a travel fee of $50.00.

Yes!  For a simple medication refill of up to three medications, you can be seen via telehealth for a flat fee of $25.00. (See the link above under "Non-Direct Primary Care (DPC) Cash-Pay".
