Direct Primary Care (DPC) Cash-Pay
Direct primary care is a cash-pay monthly membership fee for primary care services instead of relying on traditional insurance-based billing. See FAQ's below for additional information.
DPC Adult Membership
DPC enrollment - $85.00 per month for adults (no enrollment fee)
DPC Child/Teen Membership
$45.00 per month ages 5-20, with active adult membership (no enrollment fee)
Non-Direct Primary Care (DPC) Cash-Pay
Non-DPC enrolled visit (same care without a subscription)
Cash-Pay Initial Visit
Initial visit opted out of DPC enrollment. A low-cost option for infrequent visits.
Cash-Pay Follow-up Visit
Follow-up visits opted out of DPC enrollment. A low-cost option for infrequent visits.
Cash-Pay Medication Refills
An affordable option if you already have primary care but need a quick refill on medications. Price is for 1-3 medication refills per visit.
